Super Simple scrummy short bread biscuits using our very own White Choc Biscoff Peanut Butter
✨Peanut Butter Shortbread Recipe✨

Makes 8 cookies
💫50g peanut butter
💫60g sunflower spread
💫100g plain flour
1️⃣Preheat the oven to 180C/350F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣In a large mixing bowl, mix together your softened butter with powdered sugar, until completely combined. Then, gently fold in the flour and mix well, until a thick dough forms. Push the dough together to form a smooth ball.
3️⃣Using your hands, form 8 balls of dough and place on the lined sheet. Press down on each one using a fork to create the cookie shapes.
4️⃣Bake the cookies for 15-17 minutes, or until the edges begin to go golden brown.
5️⃣Remove from the oven and allow cookies to cool on the sheet completely.
