PB & Jelly Protein Mug Cake

Are you missing afternoon coffee catch up's with friends and taking your mum out for a coffee and cake this Mother's day? If so don't worry we have a tasty homemade treat for you to enjoy this weekend. 

A delicious homemade mugcake with berry and of course all the peanut butter 

 

Mug Cake Ingredients 

45G Gluten free oats 

1/2 Banana mashed 

10g Vanilla protein powder 

1tsp Flaxseeds 

90ml Almond milk

Handful of frozen raspberries 

1tbsp syrup of choice 

 

Toppings 

15g Biscoff Peanut Butter 

 

Method 

  • Combine all the mugcake ingredients together including the raspberries 
  • Pop in the microwave for 1min 20 sec 
  • Carefully remove the mugcake from the mug and top with peanut butter
