PB & Jelly Protein Mug Cake

A delicious homemade mugcake with berry and of course all the peanut butter
Mug Cake Ingredients
45G Gluten free oats
1/2 Banana mashed
10g Vanilla protein powder
1tsp Flaxseeds
90ml Almond milk
Handful of frozen raspberries
1tbsp syrup of choice
Toppings
Method
- Combine all the mugcake ingredients together including the raspberries
- Pop in the microwave for 1min 20 sec
- Carefully remove the mugcake from the mug and top with peanut butter
